I have an issue with the team that deal with the subscriptions in that I subscribed back in May and received a letter stating that i would soon receive a " 3M Chord HDMI cable". Its now September and after many calls and excuses from the subscription team i have yet to receive said item. To add insult, the latest issue subscription offer is for the newest Chord HDMI cable...Is there an escalation path that I should use to ensure i receive my cable and are the What Hi-Fi staff aware of any issues with the subscriptions process? Any help here is appreciated.
