Sub Woofer lead

Do I need a "special sub lead" or will any decent phono lead do, I don't need a long run 3 metres would be plenty.

Any RCA-RCA (phono) cable will do if you use low-level input on the sub. If you think it can pick up some hum from power leads if they run alongside it then get a screened one. Will be absolutely fine.

If you use a hi-level input ont eh sub (and feeding it from speaker terminals) then you need a speaekr cable fitted with terminals that fit the sub and the terminals on the amp.
