Sub-titles on ITV HD

I am hard at hearing and using a Humax Foxsat for Freesat. I have the box set for sub-titles which I get on all the main channels except ITV HD! Do I need to do something to get the sub-titles working for this channel?

IIRC ITV HD still doesn't have subtitles - It used to be down to it being a 'red button' service, though as this isn't the case anymore i suspect it's down to them being technically inept at most things.
