Struggling to find audio cable with 3x 3.5mm jacks on each end

I am in the UK and I am struggling to find a replacement for number seven in the screenshot below.

They need to be 2 meters in length.

Can anyone help?

The only replacements that seem to come up on google are 1.5m.

maybe get the 1.5m some female/female adapters & put the two cables together?

I like that the one that came with the system were all joined together neatly, and I could 'strip away' the amount I needed at each end.
