Streaming media from a PS3

I am currently trying to transfer movies,films etc ripped onto my PS3 to my PC. I am not sure if it is possible to do this over a wireless connection, so if someone could let me know the best way, I would be most appreciative.

I don't think you're gonna be able to stream the files from the PS3 to the PC. You'll have to transfer your files via a USB storage device (memory stick or external HDD) which you plug into the PS3.

If you dont have any usb storage big enough you could always use a file server such as red kawa.

I have been using it since i have had my ps3 and it works a treat

Unless the OP got confused, he wants to stream files from PS3 to PC. AFAIK, Red Kawa allows you to transfer (not stream) files from PC to PS3 but not vice versa...
