speakers for Arcam solo help please - RX6 will solo drive them?

just moved house and have more space for floor standers - considering monitor audio rx6 but looking for some advice - help please

if its the full size solo no issues as 50w amp and it's a good one if you have the solo mini no it won't do them justice as 25w amp and would be a real wast

The Solo will be just fine with the RX6's and i doubt that you'll need a sub unless you really want very deep bass or that your room is very big.

First one of the New Year - Q Acoustics 1050i!!

A lot of speaker for the money, very capable box for little outlay, huge bass if you need it and pretty smart looking with it. Due to the new Q range out in the shops now, the 1050i (and the 1030i) can be had for £199 and £140 or so respectively. Well recommended and do not be put off by the low price. These are seriously capable speakers.

thanks for the advice guys - the room is a fairly good size - 9m by 9m - will that give me a problem with sound and especially bass?
