What would be the best buy between Q Acoustics 3020i ad Elac Debut B5.2?

Also, which integrated amp will work best between a Marantz PM6006 and Cambridge Audio CXA81?

Unfortunately it's all a matter of opinion. Best leave things until you can audition yourself.
Both speakers are good in the right setting but we know nothing of yours so it's really hard to comment.

I'd go with Marantz + Elac for sure. For a CXA81 I'd use Focal Aria 906 or 926, Spendor A1 or A2, or Kef R3, that sort of stuff. Maybe Dali Spektor 2.

Quite a big leap from a £350 Marantz to a £800 Cambridge Audio. Pairing the CA with £200 speakers seems a bit of a mismatch. If you’re set on either of those two speakers, the Marantz will do a great job. If you have a budget of £1000 for speakers and an amp, you might want to rethink the allocation of your funds.
