speaker cables, interconnects upgrade

I' ve heard the cables should be 10-15% from cost ot the system.

At the moment I use cheap QED (4pound per meter)speaker cables and Ecosse The Composer interconnect (35pounds)

So I spent ~1800 for my gear (listed below) that means I should invest 180-200 for the cables.?

Will the upgrade will be noticeable and what cables would you suggest for my system?

try before you buy .... i.e get some on loan from a decent hifi store before commiting

Agree with You, but I am not sure - will the dealer cut the speaker cables for demo and will take it back later?

a good dealer normally has cables ready made that you can try at home ...and they normally have interconnects aswell ... they will also advise what they think may suit your current equipment

If you go to the Chord website, you can get some of their cables sent to you for demo purposes ... and if not happy, you can return them.
