Sony KDL-37EX503 v. Sony KDL-37EX505

Hi everyone,

TV question:

the Sony KDL-37EX503, was chosen best buy.

I wanted to get it, but where i live we have only the "Sony KDL-37EX505".

what can you tell me about this TV? how is it different (then the EX503), will it be reviewd? (or was reviewd at another reccomended site). is it worth getting?

i also have the Philips PFL37-8404 (which i'm pleased with, but wanted something better beside it).

what's the difference between the "37EX505" and the "37EX503"?

I think the clue is "where I live" ... they are both part of the EX500 series and so the only difference is the market. The EX503 is for the UK, I think EX505 is for European (not UK) market

The specs certainly seem identical. The only difference would be online content that is country specific. ie no BBC i-player or Demand 5 probably.
