Sony HX903 Review?

I'm really annoyed with the price hike. I was considering the 60LX903 when it was £3500, but now it is £4500 - way too high for me!!

It may be a blessing in disguise for me, however, as it has turned my head towards to 52HX903 which has full LED rather than Edge on the LX.

So here's my question - Apart form the 3D glasses and transmitter coming spearately,(and the aforementioned Full/Edge difference) is there any other difference between the HX903 and LX903?

the hx903 should be better , whfi love it , the lx with its edge lit led lighting wont have such good picture quality imo ...

OK cool - I won't worry about 6mm difference!

The more I read about it the more the HX903 looks the better TV than the LX903. I can't understand why Sony charge more for the latter!!

It's a shame I couldn't get the 52" for the £2500 as originally priced. Sony Centre want £3500 but I'm hoping they will chuck in the transmitter, wifi dongle and a couple of glasses if I haggle hard enough!!

Read the review in September issue, was very impressed with the telly, however can't find one for sale anywhere.

You won't as its not been released yet, Sony UK website says mid-August, although original release date was supposed to be end of June but delayed due to panel availability. Also there is a long pre-order waiting list so would imagine stock will be issued out to these orders first, well I hope so as I'm waiting on mine to be delivered. Also about 2 months ago Sony increaed the price by £300, so if your interested you better get you skates on as after the WHT HI-FI review would imagine demand will increase, so supply may even be more restricted!
