Sony DAV-DZ260 Home Cinema System - how do you turn the Bass down??????

Hi everyone

set this system up tonight with much help from a lot of great people on here

my only problem is that the Bass is really really too much!!
the bloody house is shakin
i have tried turning the Dynamic Bass OFF, still a bit too much, have also tried the "Night" Mode to lower the frequencies, it just feels too much bass, is there a manual way to adjust it?? if not, no worries, still sounds great, a bit concerned about the Neighbours that's all

Looks like page 51 and 52 in the manual give instructions for taking individual speakers including subwoofer down to personal preferances.
