Question Sky Q Box or TV is out of synch any ideas

Only recently I have noticed that when watching TV via my Sky Box there is a very noticeable synching issue between video and sound.
Anyone else have this or anyone know a way to resolve it?

If Sky Q it's Settings>setup>audio visual then it's Audio delay HDMI option in incrementts.

Cheers, I brill look into it tomorrow as the TV is now telling me an update is available.
I will do that first.
Any idea Why it should have lost the synch in the first place? It used to be fine

Well something did and I haven't had to fiddle with the Sky Q settings.
