It's being rolled out now, but only to Sky Broadband customers at the moment.

Yeh which is really annoying as I used to be a broadband customer, so I keep getting the message to activate it each time I use anytime, but I have gone from 1.3 with sky to 10Mbps with virgin, so there was no choice really.

BTW I think its terrible that this is only available to broadband customers, especially considering how much money they have had off me over the years.
