Single box Soundbar solution for second room Home cinema system .

Hi,
I am looking to buy a Soundbar to match a Sony KDL 32W4000 lcd in a second room. It will have to support a Sky Box and a Sony BDP 350 also . It does not need to go loud only be clear of speech.
How many HDMI would i need and how do you connect each component and the TV ? My Budget is £500.
