Should I buy XBOX One?

Hey everyone! So my beloved XBOX 360 crashed yesterday and before investing more money in it i thought about finally upgrading and buying the XBOW One. Can you recommend it? Or should I stay with the 360, I don't know I purchased like 40 games for my baby, but you can't play them on the One, right? Thank you!
