Want cheap shirts?

Not prepared to pay ridiculous prices?

Buy one high quality shirt & take it to a dry cleaners in an upmarket area.

Have it dry cleaned & upon your return to pick it up casually enquire what the shop does about people who never collect their shirts.

How careless they are, you could mention.

Now.... don't push the issue but next enquire what they do with these abandoned shirts... the poor shunned garments.

The shop already knows your shirt size as you've had a shirt cleaned already... plus you've already given the shop your custom.

Often the person in the shop will offer to sell you any unclaimed shirts in your size without your needing to suggest it.

You could stress how much space they must take up in the shop perhaps...

Walking out with 10 good as new (and dry cleaned no less) shirts for the price of one or less AND having the cleaner think you did THEM a favour is gratifying.

Try it (remember... never be pushy) & tell me whether it works for you :?

A wise move....... and such a productive reply.

However, these aren't my shirts - not until I've got them for next to nothing that is.........

A man's not dressed unless he's got a nice shirt on, guv'ner, is he?

I'm more for the short shirt, the old type's old-fashioned, mate. Gotta be a bit modern these days, guv'ner, aint yer?
