Not so sure it'd be a "favourite feature" but an essential one to me is easy connectivity, if it's a PITA, you're not going to use it.

After that would be sound quality.

Apart from sound quality and fair payment to artists, clear new release listing is important to me. I know what's new in the classical and jazz worlds because it's my job to, but I find the features on Qobuz excellent for browsing new releases in Folk/Americana and Rock. Stability in 'connect' functionality is also crucial, though I know that has as much to do with implementation in the hardware as in the phone/tablet/computer based software itself. Qobuz Connect is rock solid on the Silent Angel streaming engine used by Mission for the 778S, whereas Tidal Connect is less so.
