Im awaiting the arrival of my new panny 37px80 and ive been thinking about what leads i will need.

The panny comes with 2 scart and 3 hdmi, my old sharp tv came with 3 scart and i used them all.

My Humax pvr as no hdmi connector nor as my panny dvd recorder.

Im not sure if i can buy a hdmi lead for the Wii, ill have to check it out.

So ive 3 hdmi slots and nothing to plug into them!, is it possible to buy scart to hdmi leads or a convertor?

I faced a similar problem with both my LCD Tvs only having 2 Scart sockets; the trick is to connect your TV direct to the DVD recorder then a scart between the DVD recorder and your cable box. This allows you to record from the cable box and watch cable and trust me the cable box will work even with the DVD recorder switched off. This frees up the other scart socket for your Wii (or in my case my old Sony VCR).

You could purchase a Nintendo component cable for the Wii which will free up a scart socket. This also greatly improves the Wii picture.
