Saving Private Ryan Blu-ray Fixed?

Is the SPR Blu-ray currently selling in the shops a fixed version to the original release with the audio sync issues??? I just saw the Play.com deal on it and want to know if it's gonna be correctly synced if I purchase it. Thanks

Tom, as far as I am aware the only way to get the corrected disc was to send it back to the publisher/manufacturer. Not sure if the retail copies are still the faulty disc, you could email and ask.
