Samsung smart hub

Today an update was stated on screen for the smart hub,I updated ,but it keeps on updating and installing .

Any advice would be appreciated please.

Did as you suggested ,still the same,but thanks

I phoned Samsung today,spoke to a very helpful lady,who suggested I update the firmware,which I did.problem now solved,me thinks .

I thought that using the Samsung software updates,this would include the firmware,that's why I didn't think to check for a later version,kind of strange that it doesn't .

But we are always learning .
