Samsung LE37C650 - no Ultra Clear Panel??

How is this possible? According to the specifications on Samsung website, the 37' version of the LCD 650 series does not come with an Ultra Clear Panel display. The previous model it replaces, LE37B650 comes with one. Furthermore, LE37C650 cost more than the LE37B650. This is like a step backward! Or is the specs on the website incorrect?
