Samsung LCD internet connection

Hi folks

Hoping someone can help, I am trying to connect a Samsung LE40A756 to the internet for the liveinfo. I have ran a wire to the lan connection, but when i run the network test it fails at the domain ping (whatever that is) I have rang my network provider who said it is not them as my internet is working fine.

Has anyone had this problem or may know what the solution could be?

jsut a guess but it could be your firewall. What anti virus software are you using.

Does the tv come with any instructions to help you set the internet connection for your tv?

Really do not know what the problem was, however when I went back to it later it worked fine!
