what is the best HDMI Cable to connect my Samsung HT- C 5500 blue ray home Cinema to Samsung LE37B651T2 LCD TV for better Blue ray & upscaling to 1080p Movies.

I have read the Features on www.samsung.com/us it says With their HDMI® (V.1.4 ) connection, Samsung Blu-ray Home Theater Systems are capable of transmitting the highest resolution digital data in pure, uncompressed streams. This upgraded feature ensures that future-forward technology, such as Full HD movies and games, can be expressed with purity and precision. OR would a V 1.3 HDMI cable do the job.

You need a cable with a High Speed certification. Versions 1.3 and 1.4 are only relevant to the actual ports within equipment, not the cables themselves.
