Samsung 6 Series 2010 LED Model Number variations?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out the differences between the following Samsung series 6 models, its a tricky one to research as the stockists sites are often inaccurate (some even have photographs of two separate TVs on their site!). And the main samsung site only lists the 6000 and 6510.

I'm guessing that some of the models are stockist specific, however the prices vary quite a bit so I think there is more to it than that.

The models I have found around the internet and my local shops in Milton keynes / Bedford are:

• UE40C6000&
• UE40C6505
• UE40C6510
• UE40C6530
• UE40C6540
• UE40C6600 (I think, I know it started with 66**)

I've had a flick through the PDF manual on the samsung site, but it didn't really explicitly mention the differences. From what I understand the finish can vary between a glossy black bevel with black base / a dark black bevel with a slight grain and shiney silver base / a light (almost white) with cross base / a dark bevel (I think with a grain) with cross base.

Also I believe that the UE40C66+ (from what i've read in other forums) has a PVR feature, but think it might have a dark brown grain bevel.

I think also i've read somewhere that the UE40C6530 has true sound surround sound?

Also the comet site stocks a UE40C6540SK, which i'm guessing is a slovakian version?

It's also been very tricky to find any specific reviews. I've heard of different models varying quite a bit

My mind is a little boggled, its a lot of money for me to spend - so i'd prefer to be clear on exactly what i'm going to buy before going to the shop (or online).

my guess is no difference ..

same last year , samsung had about 10 different names for the b550 , basically the same tv afaik ...

It's a shame that the manufacturers don't list all the models in their FAQ's, thanks for your help.
