I don't know anything official but it looks to me like they've stopped the content seeding. It stopped around the time I removed the post you guys pointed out and alerted the Community team.

I'm glad to see that's the case.
I'm working on a guide in the background, but it's quite the project.

To Mods. It may be better to incentivise existing members to produce content. Maybe it would get busier here with an odd gift card or a wireless speaker given away 😁
