Can't see how a picture of my pint would be of interest to anyone else in the entire world though, so personally I struggle to see how others' are. It feels a bit 'look at me' - though I'm not suggesting your cousin is that sort of person.

I'll often post a picture of my pint to WhatsApp groups - it just means "I'm in the pub, fancy a pint?"

Or in the case of a pushy senior manager, who has no boundaries, and struggles to take no for an answer, it kills the conversation dead when he asks if I'll cover a late/night shift on a day off, rather than the back and forth that ensues if I don't... Sometimes I'm not even in the pub, or had a drink, but it shuts him up!

Those who speak loudly in public places. We went to an exhibition yesterday (cramming in an uncharacteristically cultural undertaking), and went for a bite to eat and a couple of pints in a nearby pub afterwards. The bloke in question was not only loud, but arrogant, stupid, peppered his conversation with the F word (one word in four or five, I'd have guessed), but was also loudly and unashamedly racist. I thought that even those who held such views would voice them with a degree of circumspection these days, but it appears not.

I don't want to be seen as advocating the pro vaccine lobby but I do wish there was a vaccine for cretins.

I believe in the principle of the Freedom of Speech. However there has to be some degree of responsibility and accountability. If such freedoms encroach the freedom of others, then it should be deemed as ultra vires.
I draw the line, if it is inciting hatred towards a group of people, racism or it entails dehumanising a person from a certain country.
I'm surprised the landlord/business manager did not (maybe he/she did) have a quiet word in his ear.

Compared to what has been grinding me down since late December, the common cold is fine. Like so many this Winter, I have had the very persistent cough and flu-like symptoms, that just goes on, and on, and on, and on...

What are your pet hates? It could be anything from a taste, smell, lane hoggers on motorways... anything that really gets your back up.

I hate with a passion is text speak. When you have a face-to-face conversation with someone. For example:

You say to someone I lost a winning lottery ticket, and instead of them responding "oh my God, that's awful", they go OMG. This really turns a mild mannered individual like me into a raging bull.

One of Mrs. Ps,hate is the word "flavoursome" when referring to food or drink.

That's cringy as hell. I haven't come across it myself. If I did, I might be compelled to pretend not to know what it means. Press the point, for fun.

At the risk of being a killjoy, I'll suggest that we need to avoid politics - even though I suspect many of us might have strong antipathies towards a particular world leader at the moment!
