How is everybody posting without the reply post ?

There is a 'Post reply' button on the end of the last persons post and at the top and bottom of every completed page.

Maybe it's a coding gaff or perhaps they are saving money by cutting down on superfluous buttons.

Ah, I see, so you can only reply to the whole thread, not a specific post, as used to be the case. Would be nice if they told us when they made these changes

Indeed it would! This was neither planned nor intended, at least not on my part. I suspect the gremlins have struck. I have alerted the tech team.
