Richer Sounds ready put together home cinema system - advice please

Hi All We had decided to go down the route of building our own HTPC. We chose all our components, and then realised the cost was in excess of £700. Oooops
So we have looked around and come back to one of the two sets that Richer Sounds have put together.

The first costs £249.95 and consists of a Samsung DVDHD1080 DVD player, Samsung AVR620 receiver, and Yamaha NSP110 six speaker system.

The second costs £399.95 and consists of Denon DVD1740 DVD player, Denon AVR1705 Receiver, and Tannoy FX5.1 speakers

Does anyone think either package is any good (we are thinking the £399.95 one apart from it all being silver!), and if they are any good are the prices acceptable?
