Popped into my local Richer Sounds yesterday and they have B&W M1 speakers on display! They are going to be getting the 7 Series too.

Not sure they’ll get 700 series - they don’t do KEF R series. Could be a local thing though, if there’s no other dealers in the area.

Yes, could be. The website wasn’t selling the M1 speakers either but they were. Yes, there are no other dealers in this area.

I auditioned the 705 S2, but as you can see in my pic, went for the KEF R3. The 705 were really good, and have a fantastic top-end, but the KEF is the better all round, with some significant grunt when asked.

Not sure if there is a bigger hifi bargain, as far as buying new is concerned!
