The links Clare put in a forum thread to the Leema Xero speaker review didn't work, and having checked in the reviews section the actual review is missing (so the above link error makes sense...). But the speakers are still current models, and you only reviewed them in Jan 2010 I believe.

Do the reviews get removed at the request of manufacturers or just because new reviews push them out?

Just curious about this.

If the product is still current, the review should still be there. Manufacturers have no say over whether or not reviews appear, and there isn't a limited number of reviews we can publish.

We'll have to look into where that Leema review has gone.

Apologies, there was a glitch in our content management system. The Leema review has now been re-instated.

You really ought to get a new one, you know...

Even Gramophone have a new forum on their site...

If your after a review, I have the speakers, and they sound very good for their size. Partner with punchy amp and cd player. WHF said the roksan and rega apollo, then you have a great sounding speaker.

They are designed to be used up against or close to a rear wall, say 10cm away, as this helps the bass.

The midrange is very fluid, and all in all, they are a worthy buy. Also, they can be had for £399 delivered!

Ours will be a helluva lot harder
