REL Q150E - Slam or Depth

What's the consensus of opinion for the best quality setting for movies with my REL sub, Slam or Depth.

Also what level does Audyssey set for peoples subwoofers, it lowers mine to about -9, and that's with the level setting on the sub at almost it's lowest.

Personal preference - there will be a varying compromise between the two which will suit the individual. Personally, I'd rather sacrifice some depth for slam.

My Onkyo 876 reduced the setting down to -9db as well. I use the depth mode as slam can be a bit heavy at times and I prefer a more precise sound.

Definately DEPTH !!!

I've got mine in depth. The manual says that's the ideal mode to use.

Depth seems to have it then, that's what I've got it set on and that sounds the best to me.
