Rega Dac + Nait 5i/NaitXS + Rega Rs5

I'm sure someone had to ask this question, so here I am:

If I'm building a new system from scratch, starting with the Rega Dac as a source (with lossless bytes fed in through any given transport), any recommendations for a amp + speakers set?

I'm thinking Nait 5i/NaitXS + Rega Rs5.

Any other suggestions?

Spend more on speakers. Think Neat, Sonus Faber, Vienna Acoustics etc. Those amps are seriously good.

How's the minima vintage working for you?

I might just go get a second hand pair of Rs5 for a year or so and then go get something in the Sonus Faber line.

Really good. I thought they were a little down on bass, even given that they're not big, but what with a few more hours up plus some time spent on positioning, they're sounding well rounded, neutral speakers. Plenty of detail, but never in your face, lovely midrange.

The Nait seems to be a good match - I tried the more expensive Densen and also the Marantz 15s2, but the Naim is definitely better.
