If you mean something cheap and simple like a cloth to wipe over, then I'm not sure. There are such things, but I don't know what is good.

A carbon fibre brush is good for picking up stray dust from the surface of your records. I've got a Pro-Ject one, cost about a tenner I think.

If you have a lot of second-hand records and want something a bit more serious to deep-clean the records, even really dirty old ones, then consider a Knosti Disco-Antistat, which is a vertical bath and costs about £40. You give your discs a bit of a spin in this, let them dry, and they'll be completely clean and also will remain free from static afterwards. There's a thread about using Knostis on this forum somewhere, so if that's the sort of thing you're interested in, I'll try to dig the thread out for you.
