In-Ears headphones use magnetic dynamic drivers. If you bring the in-ears close to an electronic device that releases magnetism with a 29" CRT TV (coils, speaker) turned on, will this TV cause demagnetization or permanent loss of performance of these in-ear drivers?

The field coils surrounding CRTubes are only strong enough to deflect the electron beams that they surround within the tube - they won't demagnetise the magnets in nearby earphones.
(Otherwise the magnets on the TVs own internal speakers would be first to suffer 😉).

CRTs don't generate enough magnetism to effect hard drives or anything else except perhaps compasses.

Indeed.
I've been wondering @cclassicaran88 , if you're conflating a CRTs well known susceptibility to nearby magnetic fields, with an ability for it to cause problems to other things.

We wouldn't want, for example, a pickup cartridge or amplifier too close to a CRT, but, believe us, anywhere outside the set, earphone magnets will be fine.

By demagnetization, with respect to HDDs, are you referring to erasing data? That's two different things.
