Hi WHF,

1. Why does the website keep asking me to complete word verification each time I submit a post even its in the same logged in session?

2. I thought we are now allowed to put links to other forums? I just submitted a post last night and it say it is in the queue for editor's verification.

It's an anti-spam measure – should be sorted now

Site linked to was a hi-fi sales site, hence the apprval queue. Now posted minus link – please feel free to post your review on that thread rather than linking to it.

Sorry to hijack a pre-existing thread.

Since about 14:00 today I have not been able to post new topics in any forum.

Instead I see...

"You are not allowed to post new content in the forum"

Also - as you can see above - paragraphing is disabled.

Can a mod/staff member check to see if my settings have been changed? Thanks. (I can't help but notice that all recent posts from others have paragraphing disabled too.) Maybe this is connected.

That seems OK, but have just tested posting with a user account, and you're right about the 'not allowed to post' message – we're investigating...

I'm having the same problem. I've also got these messages which weren't there earlier.
