qed speaker switch boxes - do they degrade quality of sound output?

Hi - 2 questions really. would like to run an additional pair of speakers from my rega brio amp. Thought about using the above.. but dont want to affect quality of output - so wondered - would it?

and - confused by the availability of QED ss20, 21, and 22? - whats the difference between them?

Haven't investigated difference between models, but will - in practice, you should see no difference except in the most revealing of systems, as the QED are very high quality switches. Go for it.
