Hi all!
Happy.....Monday.
I wondered if anyone has had experience of the above two mentioned amps and can advise if the Sprout is a step up in overall sound quality and power than the 6000a?
I know the Sprout is listed as having more power into 4ohm's (100w compared to the Audiolab's 75w) but I understand that figures on paper don't always equate to more power in real life. I'm looking to purchase some low sensitivity (86dB) 4ohm speakers and am worried the Audiolab might not have enough power and grip to drive them, and whether the Sprout will fair a bit better. The manufacturer recommends 60 - 120w to power the speakers.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Thanks
