Programming pannasonic remote to control denon 1910 volume

As the title says. When I bought my set up. The guy programmed the pannasonic Blu ray remote. ( receiver volume buttons ) to control my denon 1910 volume. Since the battery's have gone n not used remote in ages can someone give me a step by step guide to reprogram this as I has lost my book.
