There's a musicality which is hard to describe - perhaps CnoEvil with his extensive experience of the AMS 35i can add some thoughts here.

That sums it up nicely.......I find that you stop listening for faults (in treble, mids, bass), as the amp simply gets out of the way of the music, allowing all genres of to be enjoyed equally.
