Power cable for Sonos S5 & ZP90

Hi, I want to upgrade the standard power cable that came with the Sonos units. I've looked at the ClearerAudio Copper Line Alpha but think £60 for a figure of 8 cable is a bit steep & I don't like the idea of using a fig. 8 to kettle converter. What would you recommend & have you tested the improvements a good mains cable makes to the S5 & ZP90? Thanks, Damion
