I think you really need to audition them both before parting with your hard earned money. IMO they're both very good speakers but the PMC 21 are not twice as good in terms of price compared to the LS50s

If I was to get the PMC twenty 21, I'd have to get the matching stands that lean back like the speakers. To me they don't look right on other stands in the pictures I've seen.

I hadn't really thought about them on different stands, I'll take a look at some other less costly options.
