Pmc have a new speaker.

The twenty5 series...looks alot like the twenty series...well it is,I guess... they must have used the i with the db range and somebody has thought adding a 5 was the way to go for turbo charging the twenty range.lol.

As part of an e-mail to Peter Thomas I joked that I wasn't ready for him to do a Mark 2 on the 21s as I was planning to stick with them a while. So he made it a new model!

Face it Mark, our 21s are old technology now! It was good while it lasted.

Doesn't make the 21s any less than great though does it? But it will be interesting to see what the improvements do.

It's just going to mean that I want a pair of them if indeed PMC have bettered the 21's.I'm not sure of the rrp yet but it'll probably be somewhere between £1500-£1800.I reckon.ps.just looked on farnthorpes and they're £1869.

£1870 for the 21s. It's all on their website now. Can't say that the difference between the twenty series and the twenty5 series is entirely obvious, notwithstanding mentions of Formula 1 designers!

Still, if they sound as good as the old models, and presumably better, then they will find lots of happy listeners!

I am sure they will sound great in the right environment but, to me, they look uglier.
