Lack of support

Hello

I just wanted to mention that all these reviews are great and help all of us when shopping for new audio equipment etc.
One thing that seems to be missing from these reviews is the companies support scores.

I bought a WiiM pro plus for a friend and it turns out that their support is non existent right from day one.
You might have the best streamer at the best price but when you need help and there's no support where does that leave you?

Welcome to the forum.

Whilst we agree with the sentiments, how can they realistically report on customer services? They wouldn't be joining the queue like Joe Public on a review sample. These days they are more like paid influencers than reviewers anyway.

Not wishing to distract from your opening thread but out of curiosity, what kind of issues are you experiencing with your WiiM product. Perhaps someone on this thread is best placed to assist you?
