Please match me some speakers

Hello good people

I have in front of me a boxed denon avr-1910 waiting to be wrapped up for santa to deliver to me.

I now need a set of av surround speakers.

The wife has TOLD me under no circumstances must the television will not be an alter to the living room, therefore I have a major problem.

Nothing too big, or boxey, therefore I am looking at style speakers.

My main choice would be the new B&W mt-25 package. I am sure they would be a great combination for the amp.

The question is, could I get more discrete speakers (similar price) to do the amp justice, or any alternative style package as good as the B&W speakers?

If I were to go for the B&W speakers, would an upgrade on the sub (asw608 to 610) be worthwhile for the extra £100?

Please, any suggestions will be very welcome.

The B&W MT25 would be a very good match and they look really nice too. I think I heard the sub you are talking about with this package and my local home cinema shop are recommending that sub with that package ahead of the other one.
