Placement of Chord Signature cable in system?

Does anyone think there will be any significant benefits to changing the Chord Sigs(RCA) placement within my system? Currently it links my phono stage to my pre amp. Between mono amps? Replacing a VDH The Third cable or replacing the Merlin Verdi that links my DAC to the pre-amp? Any theoretical thoughts before I try out the various combinations?

Yep.

I've had it a couple of years and placed it between phono stage and pre-amp to maximize my vinyl playback. I was just wondering if it might be better utilized elsewhere.
