Pioneer BDP 51 FD vs Pioneer BDP 320

I'm looking for a blu-ray player to upgrade from my PS3.

These two i'm thinking about, but which one is the better one.

And fit best in my system,

Onkyo TX-SR-875, Samsung 40m/n87(tv) and Wharfedale EVO 30 (5.1)

If you look around the 51 can be had pretty cheaply, both are 5 Star award winners save the money and get some Blu-rays.
