Pioneer 320 + Sony STR-DH800 - setup advice, please

Literally about to jump into my car to collect a Pioneer 320 bdp & a Sony STR-DH800 av amp.

Can anyone please advise best option for DTS/Dolby HD setup - is it best to decode/unpack in the Pioneer bdp or leave it to the amp?

In my experience, it's generally best to bitstream to the amp and allow it to decode rather than the player. However, I've not tried either of those components, so best bet is to try both and see which you prefer
