Philps pfl467007 led tv.

|( . This tv has some good reviews , but unfortunately for me it's not the tv I am looking at! Yes it is capable of producing some excellent images but it suffers terribly from lines in the screen when the camera pans and the distortion around moving characters is really irritating . The backlight and contrast features can not keep up with the image.I have returned to shop where I bought it and was advised to ring Philps. I have had a good response from philips with memory a stick firm ware upload that failed and they wired it to me live. I have spent ages playing with settings and running decent kit into it but can not solve the issue.

any advice?

If you're unhappy with it, take it back and exchange it.

This obviously depends where you bought it from, and how long you've owned it as to whether this is possible.

I have worked out by turning all the fancy processing off except for motion on minimum , it's watchable now!

I had a google and this seems to be an issue with the lcd panel Time to start saving for the next telly !
