PCM vs DTS-HD vs DD-TrueHD??

Hi,

This has probably been asked many times before (judging by the amount of forums that say this has been asked many times before, but don't give an answer), but what is better? Should PCM always be used off Blu Ray if it's available? Do all HD receivers process this? Or is it all personal preference and if you listened to DTS-HD, you'd still be blown away?
