been looking into these two tvs. is there any difference and which one is the better tv?

also how do these tvs compare withe the Samsung LE40A656 and the panasonic TH-42PZ85B plasma?

Most people on these forums normally advise to go for plasma over LCD, but it depends. What are your viewing habits e.g. mainly SD broadcasts from Freeview or Sky+? Or Sky HD? Any gaming consoles? Also, what distance will you generally be sitting from the TV.

mainly use it for sd sky+, dvds and blu ray dvds through a panasonic blu ray player and for games through a 360 using a hdmi cable. about 2.5 to 3m.
